Jan Perkins has been active in real estate sales since 1993.
She is an Executive Broker for American Realty, Inc. Jan
graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Home
Economics and believes this has helped in her real estate
career. Jan says, “Working with real estate Buyers and Sellers
is a hard but fun and challenging profession.” She feels
her professional priority is to meet the needs of her clients.
Prior to real estate, Jan was a teacher and director at
Morrilton Child Development Center. She also managed the Acxiom
Child Care Center for several years.
Jan and her husband, Jerry, have lived in Morrilton since 1979.
Their four children are graduates of Morrilton High School. They
now have grandchildren in the South Conway County School system.
The Perkins family has been active in the AFS Foreign Exchange
Program since 1986. Jerry and Jan have hosted 22 high school
students and their daughters have hosted 6 more, representing 19
foreign countries. All have attended Morrilton and Sacred Heart
High Schools. Their students have provided a way for local
citizens to learn more about the world without leaving home. |
